On Feb. 13, 2009, Congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 at the urging of President Obama, who signed it into law four days later. One of the biggest problems with today’s failing economy, is the incompetency of our workers, which I believe is directly caused by lack of education in Americans today. Imagine a country, where everybody got “A” s in school, and went on to college and got college degrees.
